· Product Overview
The HY86 glass-fiber air-jet loom is a new‑generation, high‑speed, intelligent weaving machine capable of producing industrial fabrics such as copper‑clad laminates for printed circuit boards, waterproof base fabrics, construction and building materials, and filtration media—all made from glass fiber. The machine can be equipped with crank‑type, cam‑type, or dobby shedding mechanisms, enabling it to weave plain‑weave electronic fabrics weighing approximately 30 g/m², as well as twill, satin, and other industrial glass‑fiber fabrics weighing around 300 g/m².
The HY86 employs automatic weft‑tension control, which adjusts nozzle air pressure in real time based on the weft‑arrival angle, thereby enhancing weaving efficiency and reducing fabric defects. The scissors feature tungsten‑carbide blades that offer exceptional hardness, high strength, excellent wear resistance, and dimensional stability, ensuring long blade life and superior fabric quality.
The HY86 employs design features such as a large take-up head, large roll loading, and an air‑inflated shaft for winding the fabric roll, thereby reducing the number of times users need to load and unload rolls. The let-off mechanism can be equipped with either Φ800 mm or Φ1000 mm discs. In‑machine roll winding utilizes independent servo drives and maintains constant tension across the fabric surface, with a maximum winding diameter of Φ820 mm. The external roll‑winding configuration supports a maximum winding diameter of up to Φ1200 mm.
The HY86 is equipped with a vortex‑type air‑blowing dust‑extraction system that efficiently removes fiberglass waste yarn generated during loom operation, ensuring a clean machine and a pleasant working environment.
